Let's Cook Together ~

Hello Friends ~ With the change in weather, seeing everything
bright and fresh, I wanted to have vegetables with noodles for my dinner.

The tomatoes were roasted at 350 degrees for ten minutes, then everything else went in on high heat for another five minutes ~ kale, mushrooms, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and extra-virgin olive oil.

Fresh pasta joined together with these roasted vegetables to form the perfect meal ~ Yummm!

University of Love ~

He didn't tell his wife why they were in my waiting room. It was their 13 year anniversary and he wanted to surprise her with a couple's massage. As I escorted them into the massage room she looked around and a Big Smile came across her face. After the session she said it felt like someone gave her yoga and a massage at the same time. They left very happy with plans to continue their studies in the University of Love.

Wings for Spring ~

The muscles of the body can become like a Prison, especially during a long cold Winter. I have been seeing a professional Engineer for the past two months. In the beginning his body was very tight with pain all over, especially in the neck, shoulders and lower back. He started with one hour per week but now asks for a 90-minute massage every week. Today his body cracked open ~ He said that I gave him Wings and now he is ready for Spring!

Introducing Nina at Thai Massage NYC

Hi, I’m Nina and I come from the very beautiful Nan Province in Northern Thailand, not far from the border of Laos. In my late teens I moved to Bangkok for University studies and then got a job in the IT field. Sitting in front of a computer all day made my upper back, neck and shoulders hurt. Every week I would go for a massage in order to get some relief. After several years of savings I was able to travel to Melbourne, Australia where I vigorously studied and then practiced the Art of Thai Massage. I love my work and see myself as a healer. We all have the chance to do something special with our lives and for me, it is Thai Massage. I look forward to helping you!

"Nina is an expert massage therapist. She is a perfectionist, thorough and very detail oriented. She is strong and my stretches with her really helped release the tension in my muscles. I would recommend her." ~ Peter, BOA
